RETURN POLICY

Please review our refund and exchange policy carefully.

  1. We do not offer exchanges. Please be advised that digital colors may slightly differ from the actual products.
  2. It is highly unlikely that you will receive a defective item, but if it does occur, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and video (front and back of the product) evidence. We will provide a reasonable solution to make it right for you. (Please note : loose threads and closed buttons are not considered damage)
  3. We have a Quality Control team that ensures the integrity of our products, so any deliberate damage will not be accepted.
  4. In the case of a return, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
