- It is highly unlikely that you will receive a defective item, but if it does occur, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and video (front and back of the product) evidence. We will provide a reasonable solution to make it right for you. (Please note : loose threads and closed buttons are not considered damage)
- We have a Quality Control team that ensures the integrity of our products, so any deliberate damage will not be accepted.
- In the case of a return, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
